Starting Techs

Hello, can anyone tell me how to change the starting techs for a nation. I want to play Sweden and although they`ve got a fairly good tech team i just wanted to bump up a couple of their Infantry and Air techs so`s they have a slightly better start. Thank you.

You add them by editing the *.inc file of that country for the scenario you're playing.

For the 1936 campaign game, you want sweden.inc, located in the scenarios\1936 folder.

Locate the techapps section in the file and add the numbers of the tech(s) to the listing.
