I have the exact same issue on steam and it’s starting to piss me off cause even the other computer the game worked fine out 2 months ago now can’t even load into world. This isn’t a slop job Roblox game made by 6 year old its supposed to be a AAA game studio and honestly im gonna be bad mouthing the game in a month if they can’t get a multi million dollar game working enough to get to the main menu

Looks like a classic mod cache issue.

Please delete the folder ".pdxsdk"in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\.cache\mods, Delete the folder playsets_metadata and the file PlaySetSettings .





If that doesn't help we'll need to do a full clean reinstall.

No game that allows mods is proof from the possibility that mods cause it problems.
