"I got enough food and places to sit but all these starving prisoners do during their feeding time that occurs 3 times a day, at least 2 hours and a little free time CHOOSE TO STAND AROUND TILL THEY PASS OUT.
I'm also getting some sort of bug where it says 1 prisoner can't be assigned to a cell even though I have a lot of free cells for every security level and no prisoner is in the holding cell so I don't even know which prisoner it's referring to."
The starving prisoner I'm specifically referring to is in max security, to the right side of the map.
