Description​

There is little benefit to trading for a treaty port in a treaty because it does not remain in the market you wanted to access, but joins yours instead.

Steps to reproduce​

- Start as Spain
- Negotiate new treaty with Portugal and ask for State Transfer of Macao
- Observe that Macao is still listed as Treaty Port, but is now in the Spanish market instead of Qing market
