Static Galaxies - random spawns

As far as I can see they seem to have fixed the problem with random AIs spawning on barren planets in static galaxies, although I didn't see anything about that in the patch notes (maybe I missed it!).

Are others finding that this problem has been fixed?

Just to add to what I wrote above, it seems that you still have to provide a system with an empire initializer for the empire to spawn on a habitable planet. So if you try to spawn an empire into a completely random system, the empire will still spawn on a barren planet or gas giant or whatever.

Also, if you don't spawn an empire in every system with an empire initializer, you will still get an uninhabited planet with buildings on it, which is a bit of a shame. I'm not sure whether there is any way to remove these buildings.
