Stealing a VS?

I understand there is a quest line devoted to discovering a Valyrian Steel sword, which you can then give yo a smith to rename and all that, but is it possible to steal a VS from another royal house? If not, I'd recommend this be added in because that's pretty much exactly what a couple Ironborn punks did to get Red Rain, presumably from House Reyne.

You can steal a Valyrian Steel sword while raiding if you're a religion that allows raiding, like Drowned God.

Actually, if I recall itcorrectly, only ironborn get the event to steal Valyrian steel swords. Others raiding religions (lady of the waves, corsairs, etc) don't get it. Which shold be changed, IMHO

imo there should be an event when you execute someone with a VS to give it back (piety, honorable) or hold it for yourself (prestige, -piety, ruthles) like the lannisters did with Ice.

on the other hand, a decision to gift a sword to a loyal vassal or follower, and not only direct children (disabled for AI, but for players who go on raids to gather and then distribute swords, hehe)
