Stealing land

I play as Communist China in 1936, japan Declare war on Nationalist China and occupie many territory, then i attack jap-occupied regions and get the lands but, Nationalist China walk to my land and ocuupy it!("own by nationalist china,controled by communist china"), i load as nationalist China and found that they cannot directly walk to the area which is not under their control(CHC and CHI is not at war) , but they can walk through it(for example, if CHC occupy area between Xi'an and Xuzhou, if CHI has a unit walking from Xi'an to Xuzhou, the route can pass through CHC's land and occupy it =.=)i am very angry about that CHI get away 1 IC from me!

anyway CHI was annexed by me in 1944 already.........(haha thanks to japanese, i can get the Taiyuen, which has 4 IC, and i made many militia by it)
