Steam achievements not working

Steam achievements not working

Steps to reproduce​

I have reached Milestone 20 (Megalopolis) in the game, but the "Last Mile Marker" achievement in the game is stuck on 10/20 and it is not progressing, therefore the Steam achievement is not triggering either.

The same for "The Architect" achievement - I have more than 20 signature buildings built in my city, but the achievement is stuck at 8/10 and it cannot be completed.

I don't have ANY mods, I verifies game files in Steam - still not working. The problem is IN-GAME, because in-game the achievements are stuck on 10/20 and 8/10.

I am NOT using any of the map/save options like "unlock all", "unlimited money" or "unlock map tiles". Other achievements are working, but those two above are not progressing.


Please resolve this ASAP.

Expected Result​

The achievements in-game should progress and once you reach the required targets, the Steam achievements should trigger as well.

Actual Result​

At some point the progress towards "Last Mile Marker" achievement and "The Architect" achievement stopped/got stuck and did not reflect any further progression towards the required goals, even though I have completed all requirements (i.e. reached Megalopolis and constructed more than 10 unique buildings).

Hello, IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 WEEKS - DO YOU HAVE ANY UPDATES??? Your game is not working and your so called "support" is not responding! I submitted multiple tickets and I was told "we can't do anything, go complain in the forums!". I submitted a request here in the forums and for 3 weeks there is no reply. This is abysmal customer service! I am sorry I purchased this game and I will never again purchase anything from Paradox!

What is going on??? Are you going to fix this at all??? I want my game to work and my achievements to work! It has been 3 months since this was reported! Just give me my achievements in Steam! This is pathetic!
