Steam does not send verification code

I have a new Dell pc. I've tried to get a verification code to log onto Steam. It says "sent to your email" but it never comes. I tried to change username - same result - code doesn't arrive. I tried to do it on the App Store - same result - code never comes. I had Geek Squad try - same result after three hours - no code arrives. I'm trying to load Cities Skylines on the new pc from my library. I'm on the fifth day of trying. Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for your input. Steam support requires a verification code to enter their support site but the code never arrives. That's the problem.

Make sure your email address is correct on dell and steam.

I go to Steam login. The message says code sent to my email. It never comes to inbox or spam. Tried probably 15 time. I added Steam support and noreply to my contacts.

Make sure to recover from your old computer. If that works, you should be able to recover from the Dell.

If this also fails, you can only recover from Steam support.
