Steam is randomly deleting the folders for subscribed workshop items

Hello everyone
As a user wrote a good 3 years ago as well in this forum, I now have the same problem

The following is my problem now:
It has been happening for a few days now that random game objects have been deleted from my PC every time I load the savegame. These objects are still subscribed to the Steam workshop, but the entire folder in my local files has disappeared.
As I use LSM I can see what is missing, close the game via Task Manger and then re-download the missing items via Skyve.

Now it even goes so far that when I download the 10 missing assets again, then start the game 10 other assets are missing and this has been going on for an hour.

Are you subscribed to the Skyve mod? I find it has random issues if you subscribe Steam workshop.

If you use Skyve, you seem to have to use it only. If you subscribe manually to Steam workshop, they seem to disappear.

So either unsubscribe Skyve, or always use Skyve. Make sure you thoroughly setup skyve properly. It is a bit of a challenge, but it works better in the long run.
