Steam screen freeze

I've tried for the first time to run cities in motion throgh Steam. I reach the campaign beginning and I get a black and White '30 image and a progress bar. The bar reaches the end but nothing happens. The game freezed. The only way is to turn it down through Windows task manager.
Is there any solution.
i'm running it with win 7 64 bit.

Do you have any mods installed? This is the most common reason for the loading screen not loading. However, even without mods, the game is prone to crashing often.

Also, check if your computer meets the minimum requirements of the game.

Have you still got the Steam box in the corner showing your forum registration code? The Play button is in the bottom right corner of the screen and thus gets hidden by any Steam notifications that pop up. Open the Steam overlay (default is Shift+Tab) and acknowledge/close the message (you can still access your code from the Steam Library later) and then close the Steam overlay to go back to the game.

It was exactly what I looked for.
I closed the Steam message and then the play button appeared !
