Steel Division offer? (DLC Release)

Dear people,
I want to buy Steel Division as soon as possible. I finally want to play it. But the new DLC for that game is coming out in the next days.
That's why I wonder if there will be an offer on 13th Februar, when SD Second Waves will come out. Currently there are no benefits on Steam.
Does anyone know if Steel Division will be on offer at the release of the DLC? I really don't want to wait anymore. On the other hand I would be very annoyed if I buy it today for the full price and two days later I would get it for the half price.

Historically, Eugen often does have a sale to go with the release of a DLC. There's no official word AFAIK, though.
