Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I colonise a consecrated world I still do get the empire bonus and are capable to consecrate a world again. I was capable to get 5 consecrated objects.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Consecrate World
- Terraform World
- Colonize World
- Consecrate another planet/stellar object
