Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Pre 3.0 I could click on a science ship or a constructor etc and then click on the details button and the ship details would show. Currently you can see the button but not push it - it is grayed out. Would be nice to see the details for civilian ships. This is without a mod. If using a mod I tested making the civilian ships designable with the same result of a grayed out button but in ship designer I can see the details. Used to work pre 3.0

EDIT: If you go to the ship sizes file to the science ship and change is_civilian = yes to no then it shows the details. Not sure what else this change impacts. Please allow us to see the details.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Run the game and then click on a civilian ship and then on the ship details button and the button does nothing.
