Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The planetary designation icons are visually bugged, also capital designation is a cow icon. I tried switching UI scaling to default before reporting and the issue persists.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
start new game for the cow, colonize a planet and try to switch designations.

I hope you are aware that it's not only a visual bug!
Planet designations are broken, the capital starts as urban. So I tried to change the designation via console, but some designations aren't... well... in the game right now basically. Meaning the console doesn't recognize them.
