3.01 : Strikecraft only benefit from ship fire rate and weapon damage modifiers properly if there is 1 fighter in the squadron

This is not a mod issue, its a hardcoded issue.

In short, strike craft do not properly benefit from ship fire rate and weapon damage modifiers unless there is only 1 fighter in the squadron.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
How to replicate :
1. Change strikecraft to launch instantly, have infinite hp, have 100 range and do a fixed 10 damage per shot with a cooldown of 1 second.
2. Give admirals a massive amount of ship fire rate and weapon damage modifiers.
3. Make a battleship with only strikecraft and no other weapons.
4. Assign the admiral to the battleship and send him to go fight something tanky like a leviathan.
5. Note the damage done with 8 fighters per squadron. Repeat the same tests with 1 fighter in the squadron with damage increased 8x to compensate.
6. The squadron with only 1 fighter will do massive damage, the squadron with 8 fighters will not even though the game calculates the DPS as equal.
