Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Systems with an upgraded starbase, a gateway (or a L-gate) and any non-gate megastructure don't have the megastructure icon on the galaxy map.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
01. Get the system with a gateway or a L-gate. On the galaxy map we have the gateway icon. It's ok.
02. Build any non-gate megastructure in it. On the galaxy map we have the gateway icon and the megastructure icon. It's still ok.
03. Upgrade the starbase. On the galaxy map we have the gateway icon and the megastructure icon, there is no starbase icon. It's not ok.
04. Save/load. Now On the galaxy map we have the gateway icon and the starbase icon, there is no megastructure icon. It's not ok too.
