Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Megastructures appear to be classified as orbital stations when built around planets. This causes them to conflict with research or mining stations built on those planets, but because they do not mine resources themselves, the resources on those celestial bodies become inaccessible permanently.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Build any megastructure that is not a dyson swarm, such as an arc furnace, over a celestial resource deposit. The simplest way to do this is to use a system that has an arc furnace.
2. Observe how the celestial body that the megastructure is built over is not giving you any resources (due to lack of orbital station). However, you cannot direct a construction ship to build a mining (or research) station, as the game will state that the celestial body already has an orbital station.
