Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When checking the my first game after the beta rework I noticed, that the spirtualist ethic still only gives a edict cost reduction, instead of a edict upkeep reduction. Due to this the whole ethic is severely weakened. In general, as spiritualist it does not really feel like u get any more unity than as materialist. And the upkeep reduction even when working would still be very weak. This compromises the whole ethic. Ambitions when loading an old save from the previous version of the beta, still do not seem to cost upkeep, despite the patchnotes claiming otherwise. Instead there is now a one time activation cost added, this activation cost is indeed subtracted. There edict cost and edict upkeep might have been confused as well.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just compare the modifiers of the spiritualist ethic with the upkeep cost of the edicts. Notice, that the upkeep does not get reduced.
