Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Started the game as a Megacorp with Egalitarian and Xenophile. My first ruler got Slave Optimization as Agenda but Slavery was prohibited

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just look at the screenshot. I suppose that starting agendas are random

I really hope they finally squish this one. It's been around for years. It happens even with empires (like yours) that literally aren't allowed to use slavery at all (you have the two anti-slavery ethics, even!)
 
still oposing agenda's could be a thing.

have to agree its wierd and doesn't make sense/fun to play (as you have no way of using it)

Also have seen this one in 3.4

Instead they should change this buff for empires that don't allow slavery (also the icon) to like "promote the worker" +5% worker output or someting
