Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Farm Appendages trait does not give more food production when Damn the Consequences is active. The Low Maintenance trait is increasing consumer good upkeep instead of reducing it, both with and without Damn the Consequences active. The value of the bonus is also larger than the tooltip claims, being 15/30% instead of 10/20%.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Select both Overtuned Traits and actually start a game, then look at pop consumer goods used per pop, and activate Damn the Consequences to look at food output bonuses.
