[3.6.1-Orion] (a6c5) New Amoebas from Amor Alveo (galactic_features.502) shows hostile event text for pacified amoebas

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you have pacified the Space Amoebas and control a system neighboring Amor Alveo, the notification that appears when new amoebas are created and depart Amor Alveo claims that they are hostile, when that isn't true.
The script (galactic_features.502) clearly tries not to do this if you have pacified the amoebas, but it doesn't seem to work.
Note that the dialog button has the text for pacified amoebas ("INTERESTING") but the main dialog has the text for hostile amoebas. I'm not especially familiar with the scripting grammar, but perhaps assigning the desc text multiple times (without being wrapped in an overarching conditional) doesn't do what the script author intended here.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Pacify the Space Amoebas.
2. Build a starbase where they will exit from Amor Alveo when more periodically appear.
3. Wrong event text appears for new amoeba arrivals, claiming that they are hostile, when they are not.
