Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing as Void Dwellers, I got the Baol precursor as well as the Horizon Signal. After the event that turned all worlds into barren worlds, The Fragments world below the starting habitat still remained a broken world. I was able to colonize it and then even used the Baol relic on it to try and repair the world into a Gaia world. When the terraforming was done, it blew up again.
While it's still habitable, it just looks weird. Even though the Worm loves me, I don't think this is what It had in mind.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Start as Void Dwellers
Activate Horizon Signal Chain
Accept the Worm's Love
Colonize shattered world
Use Last Baol Relic on shattered world
