Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The first 2 bugs were reported a few versions ago, but still weren't fixed. First is hive mind capital background have wrong placement. Second is missing eyes for necroid portrait. The third one appeared today, some of flag's templates have corruption.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Happens when you terraform your capital to hive world. 2) Happens in the main menu as well as in game. 3) Visible in the main menu as well as in the game.
