[4.0.22-wilderness] [26d5] Out Of Sync (OOS) error every day

Me and a friend are playing a multiplayer game and are sometimes getting an OOS, which used to get fixed with the resync button. However, at some point, we started getting an OOS every day. Restarting the game or rehosting didn't solve the issue.
More weirdly, loading previous saves (from successful hotjoins a few months or years before the loop of death) also didn't fix the issue.
I attached several saves from the game. The OOS loop issue started during the year 2260, but after it appeared, even reloading saves from the years 2259 and 2258 didn't fix the issue.
I was playing the "Crimson Bloom" Empire, and he was playing the "Quenti Kernel". We did try switching empires, though it didn't solve anything.
I also attempted the following:
- Load game in solo
- Let the game run until we reach an autosave
- Rehost from that point
We still ended up with an OOS every single day

I attached 5 saves. You can try to host any of those, let another player join, and see the issue for yourself.
I am also joining the content of my OOS folder; maybe it can help you (I had to send the files separately, otherwise the interface would not register them)
