stellaris 4.0 biogenesis no Resource Silos?

I can't build resource silos on colony, does anyone have the same problem as me? I can still build resource silos on starbase though.

Resource silos can be built in resource zones(energy, mineral, food).

Okay, so turn out I have to select energy generation first to unlock building slots. But why can't I change build queue, there used to be arrow icon to change?

Because the Devs have refused to listen to beta tester feedback about the downgrades to the UI they've been making to 4.0. This is what they wanted it to look like, and yeah it's not great.

Personally I enjoy watching the current mess, not because I want the game to be in a bad state but because some folks have been pointing out various problems. And the excuse to shout them down was "it's still beta!/we don't have the currently most recent version".

The missing arrow icons are a known bug, which will be fixed.
