Alloy-nano plants, the upgrade alloy producing building, has the flavor text for the one producing consumer goods.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Build and upgrade Alloy Foundries to Alloy Nano-Plants
2. Mouse-over the Alloy Nano-Plants building
