This civic "Catalytic Processing" on synth empires allows you make alloys out of nothing pretty much, because robots do not need food. You can simply spam this and have 0 food while having over -100 defecit with no consequences. This needs to be fixed or nerfed, you can easily reach over 30-40 corvettes in a single decade since the game started.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Pick Catalytic Processing Civic, then have your Catalytic Drones use the non-existant food to make alloys out of nowhere.
