Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
My ground armies (on aggressive) keep landing, and winning the ground battle against 0? defending armies. Then it starts again; I never get the planet.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Set orbital army transport on aggressive, wait.

I think the ground invasion problem is a known bug ,but at after winning the subjection war, one of my armies remains in conflict with an unknown planet (clicking on it does nothing).
