Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm running a Fear of the dark Sol human empire with the Psionic Tradition finished and I just finished the storyline and become a Fanatic Purifier. Now i seem to no longer have access to the Psionic assimilation citizenship right.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Started a game with a species with the fear of the dark origin (not sure if you need the sol home system or not) get and finish the Psionic Tradition, then finish the storyline and become a Fanatic Purifier.
