Commercial Pact shows wrong reward

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When a commercial pact with another empire is made, it shows you how much energy you and how much energy the other empire gets from it.

But in my case (see the screenshots) the diplomacy screen shows something different than the tooltip after the pact is made.

Diplomacy Screen: I get 5.60 energy credits, the other empire gets -0,20 energy credits
Tooltip: I get -0,20 energy credits, the other empire gets 5,60 energy credits

Clever Xeno-Scum I would say...

I don't know if this is an issue with the german translation or a global issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Form a commercial pact and compare energy gain for you and the other empire in the diplomacy screen and the tooltip.

Its wrong when you propose it, from the menu or the screen that displays, but interestingly its correct when you receive a proposal FROM another empire.
