Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Conquered a section of a neighboring empire, one of the planets was colonizing. Every month the game updates when the colonization will be complete, and it's always 2 years out.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Conquer a system with a colonizing planet.

Yes I believe the disruption this can cause the already struggling AI makes this game breaking imho. The Salorum hegemony is stuck colonizing 3 planets (one of which was from his guaranteed habitable spawns)
