Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.


Steps to reproduce the issue.
have a civ with both cordyceptic drones and stargazer on a Progenitor hive origin, started game without Amoeba (which makes sense) but was unable to res spaceborn fauna during the game, was running the game without the hyperdrive tech, not sure if that is the issue or not
