Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I also have BioGenesis. So, when getting aid from the curator order, I received the popup notification as shown. When you right click this notification without opening the menu, you get completely bugged out of the curator contact options. You cannot contact them via their system icon, their direct station, the contact menu, none of it. And it remains a permanently blinking orange pulse like shown.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just request aid from them, wait for their aid popup like shown, and right click it. It will bug out the contact with the curators entirely.
