Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm playing a devouring swarm (Arthropoid, i.e. bugs), and went to war with neighboring hivemind of lithoids.
During the war I've used "Raiding" fleet stance to kidnap their citizens, thinking that they'll be turned into food.
Instead, they got integrated as full citizens, and now I seemingly cannot get rid of them.

This doesn't seem to be right.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Play as a devouring swarm, go to a war with another stance, and use raiding fleet stance on their planets.
