Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In my current game, I was at war with another empire that was in the process of integrating a vassal. I had taken the vassal's systems, and occupied the vassal's planets. While my forces were busy in the overlord's territory (the vassal's territory was cleared of their vessels and the overlord's vessels), the integration of the vassal completed, and the systems that didn't have a planet that was wartime controlled by me, flipped to the overlord's ownership from my wartime ownership.
Is this supposed to happen, or is it a bug?
I'm also running on ironman mode, so I have no idea where the save file is.
The screenshot is shortly afterwards, as I started to reclaim the integration flipped systems.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
