[Dick v3.04 (67e7)] 'Promising Officer' Admiral doesn't have cyborg trait

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After winning a fleet engagement, I got the Promising Officer event that creates an admiral of my main species, but even though she's a member of my Meta-Sildor cyborg species, she doesn't have the cyborg trait. EDIT: It happened a second time, so I added another image capturing the event window this time.
Possibly related bug: If you look in my scientist column on the left, you'll notice that the add_random_leader_trait scripted_trigger that gives leaders a new trait on level up doesn't check for opposite traits on scientists or admirals, so you can get multiple expertises, or both a custom and a sapient AI assistant, or both unyielding and trickster. (It does seem to check opposites for governors and generals though, oddly enough).
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Get the The Flesh is Weak ascension perk, convert your species to cyborgs, then get the on_fleet_destroyed_perp on_action and roll the random event leader.1 (events/leader_events_1.txt).
