Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When playing as a fanatic purifier, and shifting away from fanatic xenophobe, the galactic community keeps asking me if I want to join. I still have the option to say Xeno Scum, but picking any option does nothing (I cannot actually join) and I get asked again soon after.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Play as FP
2) Disable the civic by switching ethic
3) Have someone found the Galactic Community
