Description
Edicts turn themselves off [3.3.2]

Game Version
3.3.2

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The edicts for things like fleet supremacy seem to turn themselves off after a month has elapsed without warning. I have more than enough edict capacity, and even just leaving the edicts window off you can watch the edict disable itself.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Timestamped link to where it happened on stream, not sure what's triggering it, but it still seems to be happening.

I can confirm this happens in my games, too. Still haven't figured out what's causing it, though. Playing Doomsday where one uses Evacuation Protocols, I've had it turn off like 3 times.

Can confirm this. I activated two edicts costing 1k unity together, while producing 1,7k. Then i activated an ambition for 1,2k and intended to live from the stored 100k unity. This however automatically deactivated the 2 first edicts. I only could reactivate one 500 unity edict, because as soon i reactivated the other one it deactivated the rest. Same goes if ur edict fund reduces the monthly cost, so u have enough monthly unity income to cover one edict, but it deactivates after a few months if u do not have a monthly income that would cover the edict cost, if no edict fund existed.

This behavior is exzremely troublesome for strategic ressource edicts, as u usually do not have a monthly 10+ income of them to prevent autodeactivation, but thousands of them stored in order to keep an edict up and running. And randomly losing strategic ressource edicts shortly before or midbattle without notification often is deadly.
