When capturing Fallen Empire planets with Arcane Technology buildings (like Singularity, Autoforge etc) the buildings gets deleted off the planet.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Capture a fallen empire planet, check buildings before and after.

Just happened to me as well. Every single special building was deleted the moment I won the war.
