Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When adopting the flesh is weak ascension perk, after a while (not imidietly) names of charcters changes. As if another namlist was active. It affects only names of the leaders, all other names i.e ship names, planet names are normal.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
simply adopt this ascension perk, names should change after a while

Hello, I am having the exact same bug. I started with the Plantoid name list 3, after taking The Flesh is weak it changed to Plantoid name list 1.
After taking Synthetic Evolution no further name change happend.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
As stated above by Gellenter, simply adopt The Flesh is weak. I tried it three times and it happend every time.

Okay, it is WILD this has been an issue wince 2018 and it STILL persists in 2021
