Description
Cannot see what the exhibits will give when activated but can activate them to receive the bonus. Grand Archive says to build a new one to access collection, after it was destroyed, but it has been rebuilt. Cannot use the vivarium at all.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Built the Grand Archive structure in a system with a pre-flt empire in it. Gave them to system after they asked for it (became an ftl species). It destroyed my grand archive, so I build a new one to find that I cannot see the vivarium or collection info for the items (see screenshots). I was able to activate the collection items still but can't see the description. I cannot see anything in the vivarium. I have not been able to replicate this bug in a new game, and the initial bug was in an ironman game.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Unsure how to recreate but the main setup includes a pre-ftl planet with a grand archive in the system, having items activated in the archive, the pre-ftl species asking for the system, giving them the system, and reconstructing the grand archive after it explodes since you don't own the system anymore.
