Description
AI Lost colony origin ignores the climate preference trait

Game Version
Herbert v3.2.2 (abcc)

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
All

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I've created an "Aquatic" Humans with Anglers civic and Earth as 'Ocean' type world.
Poor sods from lost colony on Deneb had to settle on 'Continental' world and both of their guaranteed habitable worlds were of 'Continental' despite their 'Ocean Preference' trait.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Ignore global warming problem, get polar ice caps melted and sea level rise
- Start new game as modified UNE with 'Anglers' civic and 'Ocean' home world type
- 'Unity' lost colony on Deneb is created on 'Continental' world and has only 60% habitability for 'Aquatic' humans species

This actually works both ways.
When new game started as Commonwealth of Man with 'Anglers' civic and 'Ocean' home world type and 'Lost colony' origin the Earth and its colonies are created as 'Continental' and populated with 'Aquatic' human species.

And to make it as extreme as it can be - AI Lost Colony for Life Seeded or Void Dwellers origin settles on 'Continental' worlds with 0% habitability

It seems as though any Lost Colony empire will cause the "original" home world to be a Continental planet, regardless of the species' actual climate preference. I've seen a randomly generated AI species with the Arctic preference spawn the Lost Colony just fine, but have a Continental planet for the home world of the advanced empire. The extra colonies given to the advanced empire were indeed on Arctic worlds, but it's probably pretty crippling for their developed planet with 70+ pops to start out as something with really low habitability.

I ran into this problem too. I noticed that when I was changing species rights at the beginning of the game that I could click on the Go To button, and not only would it show me where my species homeworld was, it also said that it was a Continental World, even though my species had a Tropical climate preference.

I noticed this too. I made a Lost Colony empire to play with, Arctic preference, and my original empire had a continental capital. Chalked it up to them maybe having Doomsday origin(which they turnd up to not have), or maybe, them being Purifiers, losing the original homeworld and having capital designated to a conquered planet. But then it happened again.
