Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Crash occurs when Player is trying to change Gender (Male, Female or Indeterminable) during creation of new empire. Notice that issue occurs in all languages exclude English. Dump file was not generated. I am attaching logs and crash files. Issue occurs also with all DLCs disabled.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Launch the game in other language than English.
2. Press "New Game" button.
3. Press "Create New" button in "Select Empire" menu.
4. Press "Select" button.
5. In the "Species name" tab try to change Gender.
6. Observe the issue.

Observe: The game crash when Player is trying to change gender of species during creation new empire.
