Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I built a trade starbase and built a registrar on it, then a few years later I started researching the tech to unlock said registar.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. open game
2. go to grunur system
3. open starbase and see registrar
4. open tech
5. see that I am currently researching the tech to unlock that

We are aware of the issue, it has already been added to our bug database.

I can confirm this and that there is another issue with it that it doesn't become available when actually researching it, but I think it was after I researched either Subsace Sensors or Hyperdrive II that it became available. And I already had Space Fortresse researched before I got either of those.
