Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Graphics mods only, issue is a gameplay one.

After losing custodianship (off topic, but why the heck can you lose custodianship WHILE the vote to extend/make permanent the custodianship is happening?) the GDF went and did it's own thing, but the GDF Juggernaut stayed under my control.

As shown in the screenshot and save provided, the GDF fleet is neutral, but the Jugg is under my control.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
A) Open Save, look at the 'Abaddon's Demesne' System and the Sidebar

B) [Maybe?] Lose Custodianship while having both the GDF and a GDF Jugg
