Machine uprising + planet colonisation not finishing

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
All dlc + nemesis.

The machine uprising event war started.
I had a hard time with their numerous 115k fleets but managed to push them back with a big number or losses... but well my empire survived and i am growing back.

And now I see several planets i started colonizing before the event which are now under robot imperium.
I cannot invade them (because colonizying) but colonization is already finished (see popup) so i'm probably stuck in an unfinishable war...

The AI empire has only 3 planets left, which are concerned with the same issue.
Added save (i hope).
(Edit : I fixed it by using colossal ship to destroy pop on planet but still i would rather have invaded them and keep my planets...)
