Manually dismissing notifications causes the yellow indicator arrows to not despawn polluting the galaxy screen with blinking yellow arrows. Only stops on a game relaunch which also causes the dismissed window to pop back up regardless of the science ships current location. While trying to reproduce now green circles show up instead
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Find an anomaly
2. click off the screen, or left click banner icon or otherwise leave the screen without selecting an option (including x-ing out)
3. suffer
