Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I hired marauders to raid a target. I then subsequently declared war on said target and occupied several systems and planets. When the raiders arrived in the targets space, they start to bombard one of their planets. The planet was a planet I occupied. This resulted in the marauders becoming hostile.

Perhaps this is behavior as designed, but it's certainly not intuitive or expected. Perhaps the intended use of hiring raiding marauders is to aggress targets without directly targeting them vs using them like mercenaries. That said it doesn't seem good to have raiders you hired effectively turn on you.

I've attached a screenshot showing the debug info of the fleet in question. Also debug info of the planet they attack. Worth nothing I can console in and play as that player, redirect the fleet elsewhere, but they will bird dog right back to this target... even after the war is concluded at this planet is fully mine.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
* Hire Marauders to attack a target
* Declare war on said target
* Occupy planet
* Marauders may attack target planets you occupy resulting in marauders turning hostile.
