Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When building Dyson Sphere and Ringworld, they are not centered around the star as you can see from the screenshot.
This issue is present for more than a year and it would be nice if it gets fixed finally.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a Dyson Sphere and Ringworld.

Yeah I just began construction on my Dyson Sphere Frame (Console Edition) and the same Exact thing with the exact same looking offset is happening to me and my Dyson Sphere Frame.

...and also to my RIng World Frame. Its the exact same looking offset.

When I finished constructing the Dyson Sphere Frame and the Construction Site for it disappeared it suddenly centered around the star like it should have from the start. ???

This also happened for my Ring World Frame.
